We use words to connect with others, to express love, to find meaning, to exercise control for better or for worse, or to create stories.  We also use it as a motivational force, and as a means to transform our identity.

I write for many of the above reasons, but my main mission is to inspire us to heal ourselves while also pondering our existence.

Two-hundred years from now, many of us won’t be remembered, nor will our names be written in history. But, maybe we’ll seek something deeper than the day-to-day activities that we often think define us.

Maybe we’ll be more keen to embark on a path to self-discovery.
Maybe as a new day passes, we’ll seek to be kinder humans.
